Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://maryscosrestaurant.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description. This Site describes Ceviche, Seafood Tacos, Oysters, Menudo, Seafood Cocktails, Seafood Soup, Aguachile, Chicken Tenders provided by Mary’scos Restaurant. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Mary’scos Restaurant or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Mary’scos Restaurant reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. Mary’scos Restaurant disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation. In no event will Mary’scos Restaurant's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Mary’scos Restaurant from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Choice of Law. CA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Term Changes. Mary’scos Restaurant may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
